Former professional with extensive experience in European football, Marco spent two seasons at elite European youth academies before relocating to the UK. He brings a proven development methodology to every session — demanding technical excellence while nurturing a love of the game. As Academy Director, Marco sets the coaching curriculum and oversees player progression across all age groups.

James brings infectious energy to every session. A former Wycombe Wanderers academy player, he specialises in technical development for ages 7–12, using fun, game-based drills that build confidence and individual flair. His U12 Strikers reached the cup semi-final this season, and his U7 group is the fastest-growing squad in the academy.

David combines a deep tactical brain with genuine warmth. A PE teacher by day, he understands child development and structures sessions that push players just beyond their comfort zone. His U8 Lions boast the best attendance rate in the academy at 91%, a reflection of the environment he creates.

Ryan played semi-professionally in the National League South before transitioning into coaching. His eye for attacking patterns and movement has transformed the U9 Eagles into one of the most exciting teams in the Bucks youth league. His sessions focus on decision-making in the final third and intelligent off-the-ball runs.

Lee is a student of the game. He watches hours of elite-level football to distil concepts into age-appropriate coaching points for his U10 Panthers. His emphasis on possession and patience mirrors our coaching philosophy, and his players consistently demonstrate some of the best passing accuracy in local league matches.

Sarah is a former county-level goalkeeper who now dedicates her expertise to developing the next generation of keepers across all age groups. She runs specialist goalkeeper clinics alongside squad sessions, ensuring every keeper receives targeted coaching on handling, footwork, distribution, and the mental side of the position.
